Our Estate Practice is strictly for small estate planning.

We do not offer Trusts. Prior to setting an appointment and taking a payment, we will ask you several quick questions about your current personal and financial situation to ensure that our estate package fits your needs.

Our Estate Package includes a consultation and four (4) documents:

1) Last Will and Testament

2) Advanced Care Directive or Living Will (your choice)

3) Healthcare Power of Attorney

4) Financial Power of Attorney

Prices:

Individual Estate Package: $500**

Couple Package (for husband and wife): 800**

**Receive $100 off either package by bringing 2 witnesses (not related to you and not included in your will) to your will signing appointment.

Limited Scope Representation

Limited Scope Representation is where we handle only specific tasks for a client, rather than an entire case. These services may include writing a demand letter, negotiating terms of an agreement or settlement, or drafting litigation documents.

Demand letters (includes 1 hour consultation): $600 flat fee.

Legal Consultations or negotiation services: $150/hour

Employment Law/Small Business Law

We help small businesses to limit their liability through entity formation and employment agreements. Our services include employment agreements, employee handbooks, confidentiality agreements, entity formation, and other documents.

We offer consultations on employer/employee matters.

We also do consulting for employees who are required to sign binding employment contracts.

Consultations are billed at our regular hourly rate of $150/hour.

All document preparation is flat fee and includes a consultation.
