Limited Scope Representation is where we handle only specific tasks for a client, rather than an entire case. These services may include writing a demand letter, negotiating terms of an agreement or settlement, or drafting litigation documents.

Review of severance agreements- $100 flat fee includes consultation

We also do consulting for employees who are required to sign binding employment contracts- $125 flat fee.

Demand letters (includes 1 hour consultation): $1,000 flat fee.

Negotiation services: $250/hour

We help small businesses to limit their liability. Our services include employment agreements, employee handbooks, confidentiality agreements, privacy policies, AI governance policies, and other documents.

We offer consultations on employer/employee disputes. Consultations are billed at our regular hourly rate of $200/hour.

All document preparation is flat fee and includes a consultation: Individual contracts and other employment agreements start at $200 flat fee. Employment document packages start at $500 flat fee.
