Limited Scope Representation

Limited Scope Representation is where we handle only specific tasks for a client, rather than an entire case. These services may include writing a demand letter, negotiating terms of an agreement or settlement, or drafting litigation documents.

Demand letters (includes 1 hour consultation): $1,000 flat fee.

Negotiation services: $250/hour

We help small businesses to limit their liability through entity formation and employment agreements. Our services include employment agreements, employee handbooks, confidentiality agreements, privacy policies, AI governance policies, and other documents.

We offer consultations on employer/employee matters.

We also do consulting for employees who are required to sign binding employment contracts.

Consultations are billed at our regular hourly rate of $200/hour.

All document preparation is flat fee and includes a consultation- Please call us for prices.
